Monbat recognized as a visionary investor and business leader in Bulgaria with three awards at the b2b Media Awards

On the 10th July, during the Fifth Annual b2b Media Awards ceremony Monbat Group received two first-place awards in the Business Leader of the year and Visionary Investor categories and a second-place award for Innovative Project.

The b2b Media Awards celebrate the innovative thinking and impressive results achieved by the best entrepreneurs, the most innovative companies, the most creative areas and the outstanding corporate social responsibility campaigns.

Winning the Business Leader of the Year Award recognizes the high level of professionalism, adaptability and expertise demonstrated by Monbat Group’s management team in its global operations expansions, despite the conjuncture of the international lead market. It also validates the excellence in Monbat’s policy for sustainable support and economic development of the regions in its corporate social responsibility.

The Visionary Investor Award celebrates the group’s dynamic development with markets and business segments diversification and vertical integration between production and recycling. Monbat’s vision for the future is focused on the creation of sustainable development, providing work opportunities and the chances for specialists from different countries and regions to join a successful, ethical and globally recognized Bulgarian company. One of Monbat’s keys to success is strategic management planning, that is flexible in the short-term and follows a clear path in the future.

The Innovative Project Award is one of the first recognitions for the expanded portfolio of lithium-ion high power solutions, following the acquisition and merger of the two German companies in 2017. The cross-industry expertise results in the EASy Marine modular and flexible solution for marine transport, based on the secure and proven LFP cell chemistry. The application of this product will enable marine vessels to simultaneously reduce the use of space and noise from power generation, and minimize their environmental footprint, a theme that is increasingly important for maritime transport.
